About Me
After building a reputation as one of the best producers in the business, I decided I was ready for a new adventure as president of my own company. Before starting tanCAR, I held the title of Executive Producer/Head of Production at numerous agencies where I built a reputation for excellence. I’ve produced many memorable and award-winning TV and cinema commercials, digital adaptations and social media assets, including two recipients of Gold Cannes Lions.
My love affair with the industry is still going strong. I love the creative people I work with, the required business savvy, and the rewarding feeling of solving problems. To each project I bring an intuitive understanding of what my most valuable contribution will be, and I can take charge or take direction. When you work with me, you’ll learn three things:
• Nothing is a problem, even if it seems like a problem.

While I’ve worked with many clients, the client relationship I have with Ralph Lauren is by far the most enduring. Not only did I produce his screen debut in a commercial for Chaps fragrance (“a cologne a man can put on as naturally as a worn leather jacket or a pair of jeans…“) but I’ve also produced hundreds of Ralph Lauren commercials since then, remaining an integral part of video productions for over 30 years.
There’s no doubt that working so closely with Bruce Weber on Ralph Lauren productions was a big influence on my choice of pastime; photography is an abiding love of mine and I often document shoots and later share the photos with everyone in them.
